MFL Barcelona Trip

What an unforgettable four days we had in Barcelona! Despite our early 02:45am meet at the school, every minute of this action-packed itinerary was worth it!  

We dived straight into the Gothic Quarter with Carles and Emilio, two fantastic local guides, who brought the history of the sights to life, before we squeezed in some souvenir shopping along La Rambla and checked out the food scene in La Boquería. 

The culture and views only ramped up from there; we marvelled at Casa Batlló and took the Montjuïc cable car up to the historic fortress, where we were joined by Bernat and Olga, two more brilliant local guides, to lead an insightful tour of the Castell. 

Our trip was also a fantastic culinary adventure, featuring a vibrant tapas lunch on Carrer de Blai and a brilliant hands-on paella workshop at The Playcook. After some final downtime in Ciutadella Park, we flew home exhausted but buzzing from a truly spectacular Spanish experience!
