How to Apply

Deciding what courses to take and where to study can be a difficult choice. Whether you are already studying at Hitchin Boys’ School or considering joining us from another school, the Sixth Form at Hitchin Boys’ School offers an extensive range of A-Levels and BTECs as well as superb curriculum enrichment opportunities.

If you would like to join us, and are not currently a HBS student there is a Google Form you will need to fill out here. This form will register your interest. Following the closing date of the form you will be contacted regarding the next step of the process.

2026 Entry Requirements: Standard entry requirement for Hitchin Boys’ Sixth form is five Grade 9-4 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths at Grade 4 or above and a minimum overall GCSE Average Points Score (APS) of a 4. Most courses will have additional entry requirements and these are detailed in our Sixth Form Options website.
